Air Pacific Adds 4th Weekly Service to FIJI & New Inflight Entertainment System

Air Pacific, Fijis International Airline, is pleased to announce new non-stop Sunday service from Los Angeles to Nadi, Fiji Islands beginning September 7, 2003.
The flight will depart from Los Angeles at 11:30PM offering convenient connection time from most U.S. cities. Air Pacific operates 747-400 aircraft out of Los Angeles.

More exciting news is that all seats of the 458 passenger 747-400 aircraft will have a personal state of the art in-flight entertainment system and screens located on the seat backs with a large selection of movies and interactive video games.
With the arrival of this plane, Air Pacific will operate one of the youngest aircraft fleets in the world with an average aircraft age of only 8.5 years.
The new aircraft will increase Air Pacifics Business Class (Tabua Class) capacity an additional 28 seats and Economy Class (Pacific Voyager Class) an dditional 430 seats. Business Class will have a comfortable seat pitch of up to 57 inches and Economy Class up to a 32-inch pitch.
