Hague accommodationMy name is Peggy Waters, Pegalou to my friends in Cappuccino Chat. I live near Bakersfield, CA with my husband, Robert.  I’ve been married to him for nineteen years. We have three children, Kelly (16), Garett (14), and Amy (9).

I have always loved arts and crafts and photography. I got "hooked" on scrapbooking when I was invited to my first Creative Memories class four years ago. This is where I learned I could combine my love of crafting and photography. When I’m not chatting or scrapbooking, I’m painting on walls or furniture.

I’ve been visiting JANGLE since April ’98 when I purchased my first Creating Keepsakes magazine. CK listed JANGLE among their "Favorite Scrapbook Web Sites". I visited nearly every day. I finally ‘found’ chatters in December ’98. Before then I thought I wasn’t logging in correctly. I consider my chatting friends among my best friends since I chat with them more than friends I actually do know. I occasionally visit other scrapbooking sites, but JANGLE is my scrapbooking home.
