| About Us Morgan Residential Inc., was formed February 1st 2000, to build for sale multi-family housing, in select infill locations, in Houston, Texas. Morgan Residential Inc, will design and build, residential communities specifically catered to the 21st century lifestyle. All homes will be designed with eye catching architecture, spacious light filled interiors, and first class finishes. Each residence will be wired with multiple types of broadband internet access, a computer home network and home theatre system. Mission Statement: To design, and build a high quality, low maintenance home, for the 21st century lifestyle, while providing unsurpassed service to each and every resident. Scott Morgan - President Scott Morgan was with The Morgan Group, Inc., from 1990 to Feb. 2000. Responsible for the construction of all of MGI's apartment communities , he worked his way up from construction assistant in 1990, to president of Morgan Construction Co. in 1997. His experience includes building over 20 luxury mutli-family communities, in five states, totaling over 5000 units. He has built projects in Texas, California, Colorado, Tennessee, Florida, and Arizona. . He currently holds a general contractors license in California and Tennessee. Scott graduated from The University of Colorado at Boulder in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in economics. |
