synopsis

Belgium Hotelsfor some, the thirty days between thanksgiving and new year's can be a harrowing time at best. from tacky decor to aunt edna's mystery meatloaf, is it any wonder people skip the eggs and head straight for the captain morgan? a story that chronicles eleven characters and their journeys through one particular holiday season. gleaned from personal accounts, the character-study is both real and touching, and therefore to be found in the "dark comedy" film genre. guaranteed not to find any sugar plums (or figgy pudding for that matter) in this lot.

based on a true story.
