| Service Fees Any of the services/products contained in this tariff may be purchased free of service charges provided an air ticket (on any carrier) is also purchased. An exception is made for theatre tickets where a booking fee of $10 per ticket will apply in all cases, and apartments where a booking fee of $25 per apartment will apply in all cases. If you have already purchased an air ticket or are traveling on a free mileage ticket, a non-refundable service charge of $15.00 per hotel is charged, with service charges not to exceed $60 per person, regardless of the number of hotels booked. | Cancellations and Refunds General: All refunds must be applied for within 6 months of scheduled use and cancellation. All refunds are subject to the refund policies of each individual supplier, hotel, rail/bus company, car rental firm, sightseeing company, etc. Theatre tickets are completely non-refundable once ordered. Refunds will not be granted for partially used passes or tickets, or unused parts of inclusive packages. Passes, tickets, vouchers, etc. must be returned for refunds. | ![]() |
| Hotels/Bed & Breakfasts Cancellations received within 2 days of scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night's room rate. Bed and breakfasts may charge more depending on whether they are able to re-let the accommodations. | ![]() |
| Airport Transfers/BritRail Tickets and Passes Refunds for these are limited to completely unused, invalidated passes, tickets and inclusive packages. A cancellation penalty of 20% will be charged, except for Eurostar tickets and products where special cancellation/refund terms win apply. | Sightseeing Tours and Excursions For full and half day tours, a full refund will be made for cancellations received 24 hours prior to the tour.
