Credit Restoration: (IDP)

A.) Initial Document Package (IDP): Obtaining credit reports from the major credit bureaus (Experian/TRW, Transunion/Merchants, and Equifax) for consumer; reviewing the credit history and public record’s information reported thereon with consumer), explaining same to consumer and making note of consumer’s own explanations thereof; developing legal arguments*to challenge both the truth and factual accuracy of (derogatory) items as they’re being reported by the credit bureaus; combining same with any/all supporting documents into the IDP; and, mailing IDP to credit bureaus via US Certified Mail – Return Receipt Requested (RRR).  Copies of credit reports, contract, all disclosures, and related documents will be provided consume-client.  Green “RRR” cards will be mailed directly to consumer-client. 

FEE: $295.00 per person for individuals, or $550.00 per couples enrolling jointly.


* All legal arguments comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (USC 15, Section 1681), the Fair Debt Collection Act (USC 15, Section 1692), and Title IV of the Consumer Protection Act (Public Law 90-321, 82nd Statute, Section 164)

 

B.) Results:  In compliance with the above-cited Law, no fee is charged for results until results are actually obtained on behalf of consumer/client.  About 45 days from the start of our services, consumer should receive a revised credit report, mailed directly to consumer from each of the credit bureaus, showing any/all changes resulting from our IDP and legal arguments.  

FEE:  $25 for each item deleted or improved, as shown by a comparison of the “old” credit report (given to consumer with IDP) and “new” credi report (mailed to consumer by credit bureaus about 30 days from receipt of IDP by credit bureaus) – payable only after results have been obtained.



Note:  Benidorm alloggio in albergo economicoIf the Creditors do not respond at all &/or do not provide the documented proof of your debt with them, as required by law, and/or the Credit Bureaus respond by claiming they “verified” the debt (verbally) with the Creditor (without obtaining the required documented proof), then we need to send out a Verification Letter on that account.  (See “III. Litigation& Miscellaneous Services”.)

 

II.) Account Settlement:  For those items that are not resolved satisfactorily by our Credit Restoration service, we can negotiate with the creditor(s) on behalf of the consumer-client, to determine whether the creditor is willing to settle the account for less money than is currently owed. 

FEE:  20% of any savings OCS is able to negotiate with creditors on consumer-client’s accounts – payable only after settlement and savings have been arranged.

III.)  Litigation and Miscellaneous Services:

 

A.) Litigation: If it is necessary to use the service

FEE: Quoted on an individual basis.

 

B.) Miscellaneous Services: The following
     services or documents might be required in certain
     individual cases.

 

1.)  Rebuttal Arguments:  When a credit bureau refuses to comply with the law, OCS will submit a Rebuttal Argument to them, along with a complaint to FTC (the Federal Trade Commission).

FEE: $119

 

2.) Creditor Verification Process: hôtels TartuSent to a creditor when it does not comply with our request for documented proof of an item (account), the reporting of which our IDP disputes.

FEE: $49.00

 

3.) hôtels LucernaFair Debt Collection Practices Act Letter:  Sent to collection agencies to stop unethical collection practices (like “harassment”) upon consumer-client’s request.

FEE: $25.00

 

4.)  Sworn Affidavit:cheap hotel in Oostende When consumer-client claims that fraud was committed in connection with an item or account reported as his/her responsibility, creditor will require a Sworn Affidavit in order to take the necessary legal action.  (Applies to cases where account was opened using identification lost by/stolen from consumer-client, or consumer-client’s name was forged.) 

FEE: $125.00

 

5.)  Postage:For each package or envelope that must be sent by Certified Mail. 

FEE: $5

 

NOTE:  Any/all of the above services are optional.  (For instance, consumer-client can use our Credit Restoration service, but decide not to use our Account Settlement service.)  Similarly, if Litigation is necessary, consumer-client can engage his or her own attorney, if desired. OCS will refer recommended attorneys on an individual basis. Finally, all Miscellaneous services and fees will be discussed with consumer-client ahead of time.
